The restaurants on the promenade at Atlas Marina will serve Turkish food exclusively; European cuisine will be available at the hotel restaurant. We have offered a guide here to give an idea of the kinds of food on offer Turkey. Turkish food is particularly varied; there is something for every palette. Turkish ingredients are very comparable to the rest of the Mediterranean, lots of fresh vegetables, fish, olive oil and yoghurt. Imam Bayildi - fried, peeled aubergine and tomatoes
Börek - puff pastry filled with cheese spinach or meat
Dolmai - vine leaves stuffed with rice of meat

Raki - alcoholic aniseed drink, taken with water and ice
Aryan - buttermilk, very good for cooling off
Wine - Turkey has a very good climate for wine, seek and ye shall find.
