Atlas Marina is located in the Bay of Urla, part of the Gulf of Izmir. Izmir is the third largest city in Turkey. The area has a pleasant Mediterranean climate cooled daily by the sea breeze.

Urla was chosen to accommodate the project, including a marina port and a holiday complex, due to the extensive options for recreation in the area.

The marina will be built in the last available building site in the area, and will be connected to the town’s coastal promenade. This design will allow the marina to become a new centre around which local activity will base itself.
